Jack Reed

VP of Customer Experience, NUITEQ
Jack Reed joined NUITEQ one year ago, and serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience. He began his K12 career as a Bilingual Counselor for Washington, DC Public Schools. It became evident that his passion was education, and primarily working with language minority and underrepresented groups. He became an administrator in Montgomery County Public Schools (Maryland) and eventually returned to his home state of Florida. As the Coordinator of Instruction, Intervention, and Guidance for Broward County Public Schools he managed a department that supported over 775 student service personnel. Recruited into private industry in 2010 he served as an Education Technology advisor to districts across the USA, and with Ministries of Education in several countries. He currently collaborates with NUITEQ clients to ensure customer satisfaction and manages the Global Content Team for the organization.
